ABOUT WEM

WEM (Women Entrepeneurship Mentality) is an Erasmus+ KA2 project coordinated by the Nantik Lum Foundation in collaboration with the Center for Social Innovation and Associazione Microfinanza.

The objective of this project is to promote entrepreneurship and employability in migrant women living in Europe, especially those in situation or at risk of exclusion, to start their own entrepreneurial ideas and/or projects.

Objectives

With WEM, through an itinerary based on accompaniment and training, the participating women will learn, develop, and improve their personal and professional skills to start their own businesses.

In addition, the social workers will acquire the knowledge and tools necessary for their interventions thanks to an online and tutored training.
