We understand that every company is different, which is why we offer various ways to participate in our projects or even the possibility of co-creating projects together. You just need to choose the formula that best suits your company, from occasional collaboration to strategic alliances that allow your organization to participate and enhance its sustainability strategy in the way that suits you best.

  • Tax benefits: If you are a legal entity, you can deduct 35% of your financial contributions from corporate income tax. If you have been collaborating for more than 3 consecutive years, the deduction will be 40%. More information can be found at www.aeat.es based on the patronage law.

Voluntariado corporativo

El voluntariado corporativo es una de las herramientas más potentes para generar orgullo de pertenencia y adhesión por parte de empleados y colaboradores. Facilitar actividades de voluntariado entre tu equipo que sean acordes a sus capacidades genera empoderamiento y bienestar dentro y fuera de la empresa a la vez que permite que tu plantilla se acerque a realidades desconocidas para ellos generando conciencia social en tu equipo.  

Los voluntarios y voluntarias pueden participar puntual o periódicamente a través de formaciones, tutorías, mentorías y asesoramientos generando oportunidades de trabajo dignas entre los colectivos más desfavorecidos.

Colabora o financia un proyecto de la Fundación

La Fundación Nantik Lum cuenta con 4 proyectos de impacto probado y largo recorrido. Estos proyectos se financian a través de aportaciones públicas y privadas de empresas y organismos que se identifican con sus objetivos.

  1. Programa Avanza: Emprendimiento inclusivo.
  2. Programa Crea Emplea: Dirigido a mujeres que necesitan mejorar su empleabilidad en Madrid.
  3. Violencia Económica: Programa de prevención de este tipo de violencia de género.
  4. Plataforma e-learning PEM: Herramienta de formación para el emprendimiento.

Elige el proyecto que esté alineado con tus objetivos de sostenibilidad y ESG y participa en él, financiándolo total o parcialmente y/o contribuyendo con voluntariado corporativo.

Buscamos aquellas áreas donde vuestros objetivos pueden alineares con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de la Agenda 2030 y generar un mayor impacto, siempre dirigiéndonos a personas en situación o riesgo de exclusión.

Acordamos el alcance

Para generar el mayor impacto social posible con los recursos disponibles. Apostamos por soluciones de medio y largo plazo, pues la transformación social no puede producirse en un día.

Diseñamos el proyecto juntos

Proceso de co-creación entre tu equipo y el nuestro.
Acordamos actividades, objetivos, indicadores de medición de impacto, duración, beneficiarios y recursos.

Ejecución

Nantik Lum nos comprometemos a llevar a cabo el proyecto hasta el final y con garantías. Nos avalan más de 20 años de sólida experiencia y compromiso. Contamos con un equipo profesional experto y experimentado y más de 50 alianzas.

Medición y comunicación

Una vez finalizado el proyecto y siguiendo una metodología validada de medición de impacto, ONLBG, proveemos el informe de impacto y te ayudamos en la difusión del mismo. Porque no basta con hacerlo, también hay que saber contarlo.

Forma parte de la Alianza de Empresas por el Emprendimiento: AEE 

Entendemos el Emprendimiento Inclusivo y el autoempleo como una alternativa válida y digna para muchas personas en riesgo de exclusión social. Nos dirigimos a Jóvenes, mujeres y personas migrantes especialmente. Trabajamos identificando y atrayendo estas personas, empoderándolas y mejorando sus capacidades, analizando la viabilidad de sus proyectos y apoyando en la consolidación de sus negocios 

Si crees en las segundas oportunidades ayúdanos a generar una para cada persona, ayúdanos a transformar vidas a través del emprendimiento inclusivo.

Become a Corporate Partner or Donate Now

With a periodic financial contribution, starting from €300/month, you will participate in a cross-cutting manner in our projects, allowing us to allocate resources to the projects that need them most at any given time. You can also make a one-time donation, and you choose the amount. If you wish to become a corporate partner or make a donation, please fill out the form or contact us at alianzas@nantiklum.org.

Remember, if you are a legal entity, you can deduct 35% of your contributions.

We work from the project’s ideation, using innovative methodologies, all the way to impact measurement, involving your team, collaborators, and the entire community. We see Inclusive Entrepreneurship and self-employment as valid and dignified alternatives for many individuals at risk of social exclusion, with a special focus on youth, women, and migrants.

We work by identifying and reaching out to these individuals, empowering them, enhancing their skills, analyzing the viability of their projects, and supporting the consolidation of their businesses.
