CREA Program of microfinance and entrepreneurship for women is designed for women who wants to launch their own business and need for one side, assessment and training in entrepreneurship, and on the other hand, access to financing.
The program is based in a collaborative group methodology where group of entrepreneur women support each other as a group of people with same interests.
The goal of the program is to accompany and support women that have a business idea and choose to empower themselves to their own labor insertion by the entrepreneurship and self-employment giving response to their basic needs of employment and/or project financing.
CREA program aims to accompany and train each woman in their own personalized itinerary according to her capabilities with:
- Private and group assessment
- Social group support
- Financial support with access to social microcredits, without guarantees and endorsements
Women with an unstable labor condition or unemployed.
Women who have a clear business idea that hasn’t launched.
Women that currently are developing a small productive activity, with low income and that with support can formalize their initiative.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The group of entrepreneur women are compound of 8 to 10 women. They get together periodically in sessions of one hour of duration.
The program is based on the accompaniment and training of each woman in her itinerary by the training, support based on the trust of the group of participants and the payment commitment of the microcredits.
In the training sessions the women work in different aspects such as:
- Motivation and trust
- Financial education
- Business idea development
- Launch of the business
- Loyalty and attention of customers
- Communication and Marketing
The group and the participants make their own decision according to some minimum rules:
- Attend the all the sessions
- Active participation
Availability, willingness to learn and share experiences with other women
