¿Qué son las mipyme?

El concepto mipyme involucra a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas. Hoy, con motivo del Día Internacional de su celebración, te damos algunos datos que puede que no conozcas y, además, te presentamos a Miosotis Quiñones, emprendedora de nuestro Programa Avanza y dueña de Estética Esneda.

Desde el año 2017, cada 27 de junio, se celebra el Día Mundial de las Microempresas y las pequeñas y Medianas Empresas. Este día, impulsado por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) y celebrado alrededor de todo el mundo, conmemora y reconoce el papel que estas empresas juegan en el impulso de la economía y el fomento y desarrollo de nuevos empleos en el mercado laboral.

En España, las mipyme sostienen la economía española desde hace mucho tiempo y es que representan nada más y nada menos que el 95% del tejido empresarial. Por eso, este año, nos volvemos a unir a esta celebración, reconociendo su importancia e impacto, compartiendo algunos datos muestra de tal importancia y presentando el caso de la emprendedora Miosotis, quien abrió las puertas de su centro Estética Esneda el pasado mes de mayo.

¿Sabías que…?

• 7 de cada 10 empleos de mercados emergentes son creados por pymes
• 600 millones de empleos serán necesarios para 2030 para absorber la fuerza mundial que están generando las mipymes de todo el mundo
• Las mipymes representan el 90% de las empresas, entre el 60% y el 70% del empleo y el 50% del PIB a nivel mundial.

La mayoría de la población desconoce estos datos y es que cuando pensamos en el desarrollo del tejido empresarial y el de nuevos puestos de trabajo, lo primero que se nos viene a la cabeza son las grandes empresas. Es un error muy común. Sin embargo, como estos datos indican, las mipyme juegan un papel fundamental en el crecimiento del mercado laboral y la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo, no solo a nivel nacional, sino mundial.
